Lisa Perna, MSN, FNP-BC, is an experienced addiction medicine provider and board-certified family nurse practitioner specializing in outpatient substance use disorder treatment and mental health care. A graduate of the University of Michigan, Lisa brings over fifteen years of experience in addiction recovery and evidence-based medical treatment, including medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and psychiatric medication management.

As the founder and owner of Revival Recovery Center, Lisa provides personalized, patient-centered care for individuals struggling with substance use disorders and/or mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and insomnia. She is known for her compassionate, nonjudgmental approach and for developing individualized treatment plans that support long-term stability and recovery.

Revival Recovery Center offers in-person psychiatric and addiction care as well as secure telehealth services for Michigan residents, expanding access to high-quality medical treatment regardless of location. Lisa proudly serves patients in Highland, Brighton, Howell, Hartland, South Lyon, Ann Arbor, Fenton, Novi, South Lyon and surrounding Michigan communities.
