What’s Changing?
Beginning November 1, 2025, all in-person appointments will take place at our Highland office.
The Brighton office will transition to virtual-only care on that date. Virtual appointments remain available now and will continue moving forward.

What This Means for You
If you have an in-person appointment on or after Nov 1, it will be held at the Highland office.
Virtual appointments continue as usual—before and after Nov 1.
No action is required if you’re already booked—our team will send reminders with the correct location or telehealth link.

Q: Why are you making this change?
A: Consolidating in-person care at our Highland office allows us to improve efficiency, expand resources, and serve patients in a single, centralized location while continuing robust virtual care.
Q: Do I need to reschedule my appointment?
A: No. In-person visits on/after Nov 1 will automatically be moved to Highland. Virtual visits remain unchanged.
Q: Will I still be able to meet with my provider?
A: Absolutely. Your provider will be available at the Highland office for in-person care and via telehealth for virtual visits.
