Founded and led by Lisa Perna, MSN, FNP-BC, our practice provides expert medical care for individuals struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions across Michigan.
Located in Highland, Michigan, and offering secure telehealth services statewide, Revival Recovery Center makes high-quality care accessible to patients in both local and rural communities. We proudly accept most major insurance plans, including Michigan Medicaid, ensuring that individuals and families can receive the care they need without unnecessary financial barriers.
Our clinic specializes in psychiatric evaluations, medication management, outpatient detoxification, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT). We offer evidence-based treatments including Suboxone, Sublocade, Vivitrol, and naltrexone to support recovery from opioid and alcohol use disorders. In addition, we treat anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, and other mild to moderate mental health conditions with personalized, patient-centered care.
At Revival Recovery Center, we understand that recovery is not one-size-fits-all. Every treatment plan is tailored to the individual, focusing on both physical and emotional healing. While we provide comprehensive medical management, we also coordinate care with trusted therapists, counselors, and community resources to ensure a well-rounded approach to recovery.
